CONSULTATION SERVICES
These terms explain how timing, reserved professional availability, completed work, and non-recoverable expenses affect a cancellation.
Cancellations should be submitted in writing as soon as possible.
The $205 initial consultation charge is fully refundable when cancellation is received at least three hours before the official scheduled appointment. Cancellations received less than three hours before the appointment and missed appointments may be nonrefundable because professional time was reserved. Approved refunds may take up to three days for us to process, plus additional clearing time required by the client’s bank or credit-card issuer.
On-site cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed, reserved time, airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, cancellation penalties, and other non-recoverable expenses.
Cancellation of a custom software or consulting project does not eliminate payment obligations for completed work, approved milestones, incurred expenses, or non-cancellable commitments. Any remaining balance or refund is determined under the applicable written agreement.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS
Software refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and the time elapsed since purchase. Unless a product-specific refund window listed below applies, all software-license purchases and voluntary support payments are final and non-refundable.
The software is free. Any optional $3 or greater support donation is non-refundable.
The $5 lifetime software license is non-refundable.
An optional 48-hour free trial is available to evaluate the product before purchase. The $7.99 lifetime license covers one computer. All license purchases are final and non-refundable.
An optional 48-hour free trial is available to evaluate the product before purchase. The $4.99 lifetime license covers one computer. All license purchases are final and non-refundable.
A 15-day free trial is available to evaluate the product before purchase. The $3.99 lifetime license is non-refundable after purchase.
The software is free. Any optional support donation is non-refundable.
The benchmark is free. Any optional support donation is non-refundable.
A free two-day (48-hour) trial is available to evaluate the product before purchase. The $39.99 lifetime license covers one computer and is non-refundable after purchase.
A full refund may be requested within three days of purchase if the customer is dissatisfied with the software.
All purchases of software licenses not specifically listed above are final and non-refundable. A refund is available only when a product-specific refund window is explicitly listed in this policy.
Technical support remains available: The no-refund policy does not remove any technical support included with your product.
Support before refund: When a request concerns a technical problem, Technical Support is prioritized first so we can try to correct the issue. A customer who states complete dissatisfaction does not have to continue troubleshooting; eligible refund requests received within the applicable product window are normally approved.

Payment Classification
Payments described on this website as optional donations are commercial, for-profit support payments to AI Creations Now Software Development. They are not charitable contributions and are not tax deductible. These payments may be used as company revenue to support customer service, lifetime product updates, and continued software development. All optional support donations are non-refundable.
