Privacy Policy & Data Practices

This policy explains how AI Creations Now Software Development handles information across our website, purchases, licensing systems, consulting and support communications, and current Windows software products.

01

No sale of personal information

AI Creations Now does not sell customer personal information or operate a first-party advertising-profile program.

02

Hosted payment entry

Stripe hosts payment-card entry. We do not intentionally receive or store complete card numbers on this website.

03

Local product data

Many products create local settings, reports, histories, or logs. Online features transmit information used to provide, secure, and support the requested feature, as described below.

04

Limited operational use

Information is used for orders, licensing, requested features, support, security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026This policy applies to aicreatenow.com, related AI Creations Now download and licensing services, business communications, and the software products described below.

01 • POLICY SCOPE

Who we are and where this policy applies.

AI Creations Now Software Development is a New York technology, network-engineering, AI-infrastructure, software-development, and technical-services business.

Covered interactions

This policy covers visits to our website and download services; software purchases and optional support payments; license or trial activation; consultations, estimates, projects, support, employment inquiries, and other communications; and use of current AI Creations Now software.

Third-party services

Some features connect to services selected or required for the requested function, including Stripe, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Google, AOL, Brevo, Gmail, Tailscale, email providers, and locally synchronized storage providers. Those companies maintain their own privacy practices.

02 • INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information you provide and ordinary technical records.

The information involved depends on how you interact with the company and which product or service you choose.

Information provided directly

  • Name, email address, telephone number, company, and billing or delivery contact details.
  • Consultation, estimate, project, support, refund, and customer-service communications.
  • Technical descriptions, screenshots, reports, logs, files, or configurations voluntarily supplied for analysis or support.
  • Résumé, employment history, and related information sent for an opportunity.

Website and network information

  • Internet Protocol address, request time, requested page, asset, video, or download.
  • Browser, device, operating-system, referrer, server, delivery, and security information commonly recorded by web servers and content-delivery providers.
  • Information necessary to prevent abuse, investigate failures, deliver requested content, and maintain service reliability.

Purchase and transaction records

Stripe may provide the purchaser’s contact details, product, amount, transaction status, reference information, and other records needed to deliver software or licensing, schedule a paid consultation, provide support, process an eligible refund, and maintain business and accounting records.

License and trial validation

Licensed or trial products may contact the AI Creations Now licensing service with limited information such as the product and version, a license or trial identifier, activation status, a machine-derived installation identifier, public IP address, and request timestamps. The information is used to administer one-computer licenses, trials, support, transfers, and misuse prevention.

03 • LOCAL & TRANSMITTED DATA

Local software information is different from online service data.

We distinguish information stored by software on the customer’s computer from information necessarily transmitted when an online feature, provider connection, report delivery, purchase, activation, or support request is used.

Common local information

Depending on the product, local data may include configuration, selected paths or resources, recent-item history, activity or error logs, CSV, TXT or JSON records, PDF reports, ZIP archives, email-processing identifiers, and other product-owned evidence. Local files may be readable by anyone with sufficient access to the computer unless the product specifically protects them.

Protected local configuration

Some products use Windows-provided protection for sensitive local configuration, including certain tokens, passwords, or account settings. This does not mean every report, log, PDF, CSV, email, or ZIP created by every product is encrypted.

Customer-directed transmissions

When a customer configures a report recipient, mailbox destination, cloud provider, signing provider, synchronized storage folder, or other external service, the relevant content and technical information are transmitted to that selected service or recipient as necessary to complete the requested function.

Support submissions

Local files do not become AI Creations Now records merely because they exist on a customer computer. They may become part of a support record when the customer voluntarily emails, uploads, or otherwise provides them to us for assistance.

04 • CURRENT PRODUCT PRACTICES

How our Windows products handle operational data.

Product behavior can change through documented updates. The product interface, agreement, documentation, and current version should be reviewed together with this policy.

Cloudflare Analytics Reporter

The customer enters a Cloudflare Account ID and read-only token. The token is protected locally using Windows security. The application queries Cloudflare, maintains Reporter-owned local history and PDFs, and transmits the selected recipient address and HTML report content through managed transactional email. Local PDFs are retained for up to 30 days and are not attached to the report email. If a successfully delivered report exceeds 2.75 MiB of final UTF-8 HTML, separate size notices are attempted to the configured recipient and [email protected]. Those notices contain only the recipient address, report subject or type, measured size, report timestamps, first-detected date, 30-day response deadline, and the oversized-delivery count for the current warning episode; they do not include the report body, Cloudflare token, or license key.

AOL Mail Relay System

AOL account settings and the app-specific password are stored in protected local configuration. The software connects to AOL mail services, forwards eligible message content and attachments to the customer-selected recipient, and stores processed identifiers and logs locally. Original messages remain in AOL unless the customer changes them separately.

Azure Artifact Signing Tool

The tool communicates with Microsoft for Azure authentication and signing. Microsoft handles account credentials and multifactor authentication. Selected files, backups, hashes, and PDF reports remain local and are not uploaded to AI Creations Now. Temporary browser-session storage remembers only that the optional donation page was presented during the current session.

PowerShell Script Runner

The selected local PS1 file is not uploaded to AI Creations Now. Up to 20 recent local script paths are stored in the application’s ProgramData configuration. The visible Remove History control deletes that recent-path list.

Automated Backup Packager

Selections, ZIP archives, destinations, and product activity remain local. Choosing a folder managed by OneDrive or Google Drive permits that provider’s separate desktop software to synchronize the finished ZIP. Standard ZIP archives created by the product are not password-encrypted.

IIS Monitor

The application reads selected local Windows and IIS information and creates local monitoring records and reports that may include website requests, addresses, errors, connections, and system activity. It performs required online license verification. Customers control the computer, selected sites, retained results, and voluntary support submissions.

AUTO Deployment

The system uses machine licensing, local evidence, alerting, reporting, email delivery, remote-access components, and public-IP or enrichment services. Customer-configured reports or alerts can contain system, network, security, access, and source-IP information and are transmitted through the configured email and delivery providers.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for protecting administrator accounts, devices, license codes, provider tokens, app passwords, recipient mailboxes, report files, backups, and access to product-owned folders. Customers are also responsible for having appropriate authority, providing any required notices or consent, choosing permitted recipients, and lawfully handling third-party messages, visitor or source addresses, traffic information, user activity, network details, security records, and other information processed through a product. A customer should not send sensitive support evidence unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested assistance.

05 • PAYMENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

Hosted checkout and managed message delivery.

Payment, business email, and transactional report delivery require limited processing by the providers responsible for those functions.

Stripe hosted checkout

Purchases, optional commercial support payments, and paid consultations use Stripe-hosted payment pages. Stripe processes payment-card entry under its own terms. AI Creations Now receives the transaction and contact information needed to deliver the purchase, license, consultation, support, refund, and required accounting records.

Business communications

Email and telephone communications may be processed by business communication providers and retained with related customer, project, licensing, purchase, support, or legal records. We do not request that customers send complete payment-card information by ordinary email.

Transactional software email

Products that send reports, alerts, or forwarded messages transmit the recipient address, message subject and body, attachments or links where applicable, and delivery metadata through the configured delivery and recipient providers. Delivery providers may also process bounce, open, or click information when those features are enabled.

No hidden product-usage promise

We do not claim that every product is offline or that every operational report remains local. Online licensing, provider authentication, signing, API queries, downloads, email, forwarding, remote access, and cloud-synchronized folders necessarily communicate with the applicable service.

06 • SERVICE PROVIDERS

External services used for specific business and product functions.

The provider involved depends on the page, purchase, product, configuration, and service selected by the customer.

07 • COOKIES & BROWSER STORAGE

Limited first-party browser storage and external-provider practices.

As of this policy date, the website does not contain a first-party advertising analytics platform such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or a comparable behavioral advertising tag.

Temporary product-page session flag

The Azure Artifact Signing Tool page uses one temporary session-storage value to remember that the optional Stripe support page was presented before showing the free download option. It is limited to the current browser session and is not a customer profile.

Embedded and linked services

Google Maps, Stripe, video or download delivery, and other external services may use their own cookies, local storage, identifiers, and standard network information under their policies. Following a link to a third-party website also places that visit under the third party’s practices.

08 • USE & SHARING

Why information is used and when it may be disclosed.

AI Creations Now does not sell personal information. Information is used and disclosed only for legitimate business, customer-directed, operational, security, and legal purposes.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries, estimates, consultations, opportunities, projects, and support requests.
  • Fulfill purchases, deliver licenses, administer trials and activations, and provide requested product features.
  • Generate and deliver customer-configured reports, alerts, forwarding, signing, downloads, and provider connections.
  • Maintain accounting, refund, support, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records.
  • Diagnose failures and improve reliability based on operational records or evidence voluntarily supplied for support.

When information may be shared

  • With authorized employees, per-diem team members, and contractors when they need the information to coordinate or deliver an estimate, appointment, project, service, or support request. Access is limited to the role involved and is subject to appropriate confidentiality and handling expectations.
  • With providers performing the functions described in this policy.
  • With recipients, platforms, or services selected by the customer.
  • With professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, security, or business matters.
  • When required by lawful process or reasonably necessary to protect customers, the public, the company, its rights, or its systems.
  • As part of a legitimate business transfer, subject to appropriate handling of the transferred records.

09 • RETENTION & SECURITY

Reasonable retention and practical security boundaries.

Different records have different operational, support, tax, accounting, licensing, security, dispute, and legal purposes. No single retention period applies to every category.

Business and provider records

Purchase, customer, licensing, support, communication, security, and project records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable obligations. External providers retain their records according to their own systems and policies.

Local product records

Local settings, reports, histories, logs, evidence, and archives remain until removed by the customer, product controls, documented retention behavior, uninstall behavior, operating-system cleanup, or provider synchronization. Uninstalling a product does not erase copies already emailed, synchronized, backed up, exported, or retained by a third party.

Security practices

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including HTTPS, provider access controls, limited administrative access, and product-specific local protection where documented. Security also depends on customer devices, accounts, networks, administrator access, passwords, tokens, mailboxes, and backups.

No absolute guarantee

No website, software product, email system, remote-access tool, cloud provider, computer, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, private, continuously available, or error-free.

10 • CUSTOMER CHOICES

Access, correction, deletion, and product controls.

Depending on applicable law and the record involved, a customer may request information about records associated with them or ask that inaccurate information be corrected or eligible information be deleted.

Privacy requests

We may need to verify identity and the relationship to the relevant purchase, license, project, or communication. Some accounting, tax, licensing, support, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained even after a request.

Local and provider controls

Customers may use documented product controls to change or remove eligible local configuration or history. Provider accounts, synchronized copies, recipient mailboxes, and third-party records must be managed through the applicable provider.

Children

The website, professional services, and software products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

International processing

Our business operates in the United States. Worldwide website access and service providers may cause information to be processed in the United States or other locations where the applicable provider operates.

External websites

This website links to external websites and services. AI Creations Now does not control the privacy, security, content, or availability of a third-party site merely because it is linked or used for a customer-selected function.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when products, providers, website functions, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
